But we all were survived with lot of stress, depression, too much of anxiety and some mental illness. Psychology is about understanding all these mind related Stuffs and its lead you to how to manage these all stuffs and teach you how to maintain proper balance in our mental state.

To know your surroundings and social members and other persons better psychology is very important. Apart from this all, you can know what is your life purpose and why are you here in this world with two eyes and one brain. 

Psychology is huge. One person mind is different from others. In this world more than billion people don't have awareness in psychology. So try to gain more awareness related to your psychological nature.
