How you can best use of your morning?(3 simple steps)

We all are living in a world where technology becomes part of our every action. Sometimes it's hard to live without that, we use it all time, even before going to sleep and early morning before the sun arises. 

This may cause serious mental health issues, not only using mobile phones in the morning there are many things like
  • Using mobile phones in the early morning
  • Drinking cafe on an empty stomach
  • Hearing bad news or watching the news
  • Thinking bad about your life
  • Thinking about past or future
You may wonder about the above-said things, but it's true, these all can affect your mental health. We don't want to see why these can cause mental health issues, but we can see the things that we can do to improve our morning.

1. Stick with the routine


Many billionaires have a routine in their life to follow. I'm not saying because of that you should have a routine, but having a routine can make you a multi-billionaire. 

Having a routine helps you to organize your important work in the morning than dwelling on unwanted activities. Some people may prefer to have a to-do list each day. This is also one of the good ways but if you prepare your to-do list, the day before - night, it will be super helpful to you. Because you don't want to confuse your mind that what it can do first. So having a routine and to-do list will be helpful to lead a good morning. 


2. Avoid noise or sudden waking. 


Some people prefer to set an alarm to wake up but they are not aware that our body has a cycle and it knows well to wake up at a time it prefers to be good according to what we have done on the day, our past activities, and our food we ate before sleep. 

So if you need a peaceful morning without an alarm, then you should sleep early and have easy digestive food and it will be great if you avoid using mobile phones before sleeping. I know that these all are hard to do but you may give a try and see the benefits and then can follow it in your life to have a good morning. 

3. Read or listen to good things. 


I always love hearing great speeches every morning because it allows us to have high-quality thoughts from the persons who've achieved a lot and it'll motivate us to do great things in life. 

If you have unused data every day, you can use it di download great speeches from YouTube and can hear or listen to them in the morning.
