 Do you know what was your first foot step after you wake up in this morning or Yesterday? If you know that, you are really an awesome and intelligent person. 

But I think, many of you don't find the answer. We all can know our first school day, college day or work day. But we don't know our first foot step in the morning. This resembles the lack of awareness in some things. Try it tomorrow morning, remember your first leg which you'll place when you wake up from the bed. 

You all might have heard that, first 1 hour in the morning is the Golden hour. This may vary from person to person. Some may take 65mins or 120 mins to take as their Golden time. So after reading this fully, try to find what is your Golden time and how long it'll take. 


First thing you can do is, just welcome that another beautiful day in your life. Many people may died just before you opened your eyes in morning. So, just have happy mind to welcome.

1. Remember your aim and dreams.

This will make you feel energetic and make you to work hard for your dreams.

2. Make your bed in excellence way.

First thing you achieved in a excellent way will gives the same feeling in all the other things in that day.

3. Drink water for your mind and body.

This will help your mind and body to come out from dehydration.

4. Brush your teeth with opposite hand.

This will activates your other side inactive brain. Try all the things in opposite hands, you'll note some good changes within you.

5. Deep breathing exercise.

Without breath no things will happen. So take some time to take care of your breath.

6. Take some nutrient for body and your brain.

Fresh morning fresh fruits will give you the fresh feeling throughout the day. Take some fruits in the morning will be helpful and it'll be good immune for your body.

7. Write something (journalling)

Make some time table for your day or just write your dreams or write something to improve your vocabulary atleast.

8.3-4 minutes workout.

You can do low time and high benefit exercises which will gradually increase your body strength.

9. Take brain power foods.

Take blueberries, walnuts , Egg yolk or green tea. 

10. Daily reading.

Reading 20 to 40 pages will make you as a extraordinary man in few months. 100% guaranteed thing.

These are the 10 habits successful persons use in their life. Try atleast 7 or 8 habits everyday, you'll notice great changes in your day-to-day life and in whole life.
