Thoughts are like birds.


Imagine that many birds flying over you, you just seeing that and give no reaction to that birds.
Is there will be any problem for you?
Absolutely no. 
Likewise your thoughts are the birds flying over your mind.  If you want to concentrate on your thoughts, it will be happiness or sadness or depression for you. You don't know that, what will be the result in concentrating on your thoughts, it may be happiness or sadness.  But you know that, there is a desired result on concentrating your thoughts. Yes \ no.(Answer yourself).

The world is full of birds, this blog is full of words, your mind is full of thoughts.
World, blog and mind is interlinked with each other.

 I am going to tell you a story, you just imagine that, that's enough for you to understand your mind and thoughts.


 

You are in a room with full darkness, there is no inch of light to see.  Now think and answer yourself that, what will your mind think ?
a). You think, how I can move away from this room?. (Or)
b). How I'm going to live without food or water? (Or)
c). How I am going to see my friends or relatives? (Or)
d). What is the situation in my place? 
        Answer yourself.

If you answered in any first two options, you're safe with your mind and thoughts. You are self disciplined, you have spiritual power, you have more power to understand anything.
 
But, if you answered last two options, you need to take care of your thoughts and mind. Because you are in a dark room there is no way to escape. At the time whether you think your parents or relatives, your thoughts are not on yourself and on others. In any critical situation in life which is faced by yourself, you just take care of yourself first and think about others next.

This is the basic principle of life. First take care of yourself then think about others. Likewise first you complete your important works then go on thinking with your flying thoughts. If you do this you have the time for both your work as well as your thoughts.
