Know about EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (EI) will strengthen your life.

I know that many people say you good words that, you are intelligent. I also agree with this. But I am not sure that you are good in your Emotional Intelligence.

Emotional intelligence;

- Emotional Intelligence is a collection of emotional and social skills.

- Emotional intelligence is what we perceive and express ourselves to others.

- EI is to develop and maintain social relationships with our society.

- EI is to cope with day-to-day and major challenges in our daily life.

- EI is how we combine our thinking with our feelings.

Emotional intelligence is nothing but how intelligent you are with your emotions. EI is very important in our daily life than anything. There are emotions like happy, anger, disgust, sad, surprise, smug etc...  If you are intelligent in all these emotions, than you don't have to worry in your life. But that's not an easy job. You need maximum of days to study all these emotions deeply.

So here we are going to understand and identify and using emotions in a best way.

  • Some people say that," emotions are like masks". You might see that, when people getting angry, they are going to wear mask from normal face to angry face. So understand that, whenever people around you influenced by any emotions, just know that, they weared some mask to hide their natural face.
Emotions are the mixture of feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

  • You can note that, whenever people have good thought, they remain happy and their behaviour seems in happiness. Likewise opposite in bad thought.

IQ will define how smartness and intelligent you are,

EQ defines how well you use what smartness and intelligent you have.

Emotional intelligence is very important in increasing relationships.

EI is important in maintaining control in difficult circumstances.

EI is important in lowering stress levels.

EI is important in maintaining motivation.

EI is important to communicate well with others.

Influences others without conflict.

Enhance your reputation inside and outside of work.

"Anyone can become angry, that is easy, but to be angry with the right person with the right time, and for the right purpose and in the right way that is not easy".

Care your EI in a correct way to lead your life happily.
