24 hours in a day is enough for you to achieve all your basic and essential things.

7+ hours sleep is enough for you to get energized for the the next day.

In a day, 7 hours is spent for sleep and 3 hours is spent for daily duties.
In remaining  24 hours you can spend atleast 10 hours in a happy way. You can think that, 'I am always happy' then why  10 hours?

Every morning the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. Inbetween East and West, it is spreading in all the directions and all above your head.

As the same if you are happy for 10 hours in a day, it is best for you and your surroundings. But whenever the black clouds hides bright light from the sun, our world seems dull and glowless. Likewise your happiness is considered as bright light of the sun and your sadness can be considered as dark clouds in the sky.

Dark clouds are also important for someone to be happy, because dark clouds only pours rain. whenever you are in  sadness, be a thought that your sadness(dark clouds) is also helping someone in some part of the world or in your surroundings. So don't overthink that you are in sadness or you are in extreme happy moment.
It can't be last long in you. So don't worry about anything in your life. 

Note that dark clouds are temporary, also that bright light is only and just for 12 hours. So don't waste your time in celebrating happiness and worrying in sadness.

1. Be silent for some times in a day. it will improve your concentration power and happiness.

2. Don't dwell in social media for more than 2 hours. If you dwell in social media for more than 2 hours, you are wasting your precious time and energy and happiness too.

3. Be sure that your surroundings should help you to do things in a focused mode. If not try to change your surrounding.

4. Follow one good and new habit for a week. It will improve your happiness gradually. You can know this, once if you done this.
