Our body have mind as well as soul. Our mind is different from our soul.
Body = Soul and mind.
while doing meditation we can know that the number of past thoughts or future thoughts come to our mind. This is normal and exists in this universe.
If we are aware that our mind is different from our soul, we can lead a happy life. That is what we call it as a self realisation.
If you found that your thoughts are not you, while doing meditation your past thoughts come to mind. Yes. But if you note that you and your present body can't hear anything, your inner mind and inner body only hears all the speeches and sounds which made in the past. As we say, if you aware your mind is not your soul, you can get anything in this universe.
Positive effects of attaining self realisation;
- You will be not deserved for any bad things, sadness.
- Angry and jealous will relieve from you.
- You'll will be the one responsible for your surroundings and others happiness.
- Whatever you want you can get and you can get only by ethical means.
