We all know that our brain is made up of 60 % fat, weighs 3 pounds, have hundred billion neurons etc. But do you know that, out of 100%, we just use 10% of our brain. This is why ? because if you use fully, you'll become a god. No.  If you use fully, you'll become a Monk. No. If you use fully, you'll become a  mixture of both monk and God. After you've achieved your capacity to use 100%, you can create anything in the world like God and also you can get anything in the world like a monk. 
 

How to use our brain 100%?
1. Do meditation.
2. Exercise regularly.
3. Listen to binaural beats.
4. Laugh daily.
5. Take healthy diet.
6. Write daily.
7. Eat dark chocolates.  

Pain is a myth created by your brain.
 
Do you think that, if your lover went away and you are in break up, you feel something stressed and more painful. This is because a myth created by your brain. Also the same time, if you met a accident and your hand brokedown. At the same also you feel a pain. 
In this world, there is no element called pain. It's only a myth. If you want to get rid of the myth you should practice meditation daily.
