Relaxation in life



Life is full of problems and pains, 
Life is full of miracles and surprises, are the sentences which you heard from the famous movie  Dia. As a example we can take this movie. But as a reality we can Sushant Singh case. How bad the condition of our society was ? Life is only once, but we lead our life to die everyday. We don't spend our time to relax our mind. We relaxe our body cycle by taking enough sleep, but we don't take any measures to relax our mind. In our mind all the stages as depression, Stress, anxiety, worry and loneliness. To relax our mind here are the few steps you can take,


You can write out what your problems in your present life, don't think about future problems, write your present problems, if you write out then spend few time to look at those problems, you'll feel relaxed and try to sort out your problems within the limit amount of time. Don't take any problems seriously, if problems don't come there is no feel of fantasy in life.


Another method to relax our mind is taking deep and soft music from YouTube. If you find any other relaxing music in any other platforms, you won't able to get fulfillment by those music.
