If we go along with nature, that is really good for both us and nature. But if we oppose and don't go in mutual direction along with nature it leads to natural disasters.
Likewise if you you don't go mutually with your mind and soul and body, it leads to some bad conditions in our human lives. To overcome those things we have Ancestral thing and  ancestral practice called yoga.  If we continue like doing our daily duties such as brushing, bathing , dressing surely yoga can also take place in those daily habits. But we don't know much about the importance and essential of Yoga in our daily. If we knew those, surely Yoga will change our life.

It increases your energy level and boost up your immune system.

In our human body, there are 7 magnetic points which is helpful to run our life. By doing meditation in those points you can increase your energy level and magnetic waves around you and in this world.
