Self image and self confidence are similar. Self image is nothing but what you know about yourself and self confidence is about what you have in yourself. Recent studies revealed that only self confidence is not enough to lead a good life, self image is also need in this machinery life. Self image is the one which is the reflection of your subconscious mind. What you think about yourself is the main psychological matter. If you think you are bad, you remains in the state of bad mind. If you think you are good, surely your mind starts work to prove that you are good. So, self image is the most important thing in all our life. 

Steps to grow self image:

1. You should know what's your good and bad. Then only you can start imagine about your good things.

2. If you are in lack of self image, read books about our minds and human psychology. That'll really help you to analyse about your self and your self image.

3. Create a positive surroundings, the reason, number of thoughts revolve in our mind just due to what we see and what we hear in our surroundings. So, create positive surroundings.

4. Practice self image about yourself. without practice it can't come to anyone easily. Practice daily good self image about yourself.

If you are good in self image, the above four points is just for reminder. If you are lacking in self image, try these four points to lead a greater life.
